Roofline upgrades vs damp
We strip tired timber or damaged PVC, then fit new fascias, soffits, and gutters that sit straight and seal the roof edges. Eaves protection trays are added where needed to keep moisture away from the rafters.
Downpipes, joints, and outlets are reset so the falls are correct and rainwater moves away quickly. This reduces staining and damp around walls and keeps brickwork cleaner.
Bird guards and ventilation are installed where required to keep airflow steady while stopping nests and blockages. Profiles and colours are matched so the roofline looks tidy from the street.
We keep access safe, remove old materials, and tidy up daily so disruption stays low. Before handover we check alignment, clear debris, and share simple upkeep advice.
